Managing Director Noel Rowland

Noel Rowland - Churchfield Home Services-Managing Director

 

Noel, a qualified Product Design Engineer, has extensive all round business experience. To date Noel is the founder of 3 Irish companies including Churchfield Home Services, Retrofit Technologies and Smart Lotto.

 

As Managing Director of Churchfield, Noel is responsible for leading and communicating the company’s key vision and objectives effectively to all involved while also outlining a clear implementation plan to the company’s management team to ensure their effective implementation and ultimate success of the company. In addition to this, Noel manages many areas of the business including sales, marketing, quality, health & safety and purchasing.

 

 

Operations Manager  Michael Barrett

Michael Barrett - Churchfield Home Services - Operations Manager

 

Michael has a strong background in business analysis and boasts a Masters qualification in Information Systems Management as well as holding a Diploma in Systems Analysis and a Degree in Construction Economics. 

 

As Operations Manager he is responsible for the management, coordination and support of the entire company’s core management team to ensure that the company’s core day to day operations are carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system. In addition to this Michael is IT Manager ensuring efficient coordination of the entire company’s IT infrastructure.

Sales Surveyor  Ger Lawlor

Ger Lawlor - Churchfield Home Services-Sales Surveyor

Ger has extensive experience in the domestic retrofit market in addition to a strong background in Architectural Technology, previously working for leading practices before joining Churchfield Home Services.

Within this role, Ger is responsible for carrying out project surveys and generating corresponding customer quotations on behalf of the company in an efficient, professional and timely manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sales Surveyor  Henry Maher

Henry Maher - Churchfield Home Services - Sales Surveyor

Newly qualified, Henry has a BSc in Quantity Surveying with experience gained throughout his degree and since joining Churchfield.

Henry's role involves carrying out project surveys and generating corresponding customer quotations on behalf of the company in an efficient, professional and timely manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system. Clearly identify the customer requirements and surveying the property to identify suitable solutions.

Customer Care & HR Manager  Sinead Keane

Sinead Keane - Churchfield Home Services-Customer Care

Sinead is a sales oriented, HR & Marketing professional, with over 8 years of experience delivering online & offline marketing solutions for small to medium businesses, in addition to a Degree & multiple Diplomas covering Business, HR and Digital Marketing.

Sinead is responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s Customer Care and Project Coordination Team to ensure that the company’s entire customer facing operations is carried out in an efficient & professional manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system. Sinead also ensures effective management and coordination of the company’s HR operations.

Thomas Ryan - Churchfield Home Services-PM

A graduate of LIT, Thomas has a Degree in Quantity Surveying & Project Management and has a broad range of retrofitting experience through his various roles with Churchfield.Construction.

Thomas is responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s Installations teams to ensure that all company’s installations are carried out within their budgetary, quality and time constraints in addition to being carried out in an efficiently, professional and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system.  

  

 

Project Manager  Tony O'Brien

Tony OBrien - Churchfield Home Services - PM

Tony O'Brien has extensive experience in project managing retrofit installations through previous project management roles with a leading insulation manufacturer prior to commencing work with Churchfield Home Services. 

Tony is responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s Installations teams to ensure that all company’s installations are carried out within their budgetary, quality and time constraints in addition to being carried out in an efficiently, professional and efficiently.

 

 

Quality Management

 

Field Audit Admin & Training Exec John Rowland

John Rowland - Churchfield Home Services-Quality

John has a wealth of engineering qualifications and experience gained through a number of previous roles with some of Irelands leading Automation companies, before joining Churchfield.

John's is responsible for Field Auditing of installations to ensure the validation that core business services are carried out in an efficient & professional manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system.  In addition to this he is responsible the Training of all new and existing Surveyors, PM’s, Project Coordinators and Installers to ensure that all staff members involved in the delivery of the company’s services are fully trained and understand how to complete their roles efficiently and professionally.

Accounts Manager Maureen Timlin

Maureen - Churchfield Home Services- Accounts

A qualified Accounting Technician (MIATI), Maureen has worked a senior accounting role, in fast paced industry for the past 12 years and also boasts a wide range of experience to date.

Maureen is responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s accounts team to ensure that all of the company’s accounts operations are carried out in an efficient, accurate and timely manner and in strict compliance with the company’s quality management system.

  

 

 

Project Accounts Admin  Amanda Flynn

Amanda - Churchfield Home Services- Accounts

A qualified Accounts Technician, Amanda has many years proven experience in accountancy. 

Amanda is responsible for the day to day management of the entire company financial management accounts concerned with all operations of the business in full compliance with the company’s quality management system. In particular Amanda is responsible for all accounts in relation to ongoing projects.

 

 

 

 

Accounts Administrator Marilyn Barrett

Marilyn Barrett - Churchfield Home Services- Accounts

A qualified Accounts Technician with a Diploma in Business Studies, Marilyn has over 8 years proven experience in accountancy. Her extensive knowledge has delivered accounting solutions for small to medium businesses.

Marilyin is responsible for the day to day management of the entire company financial management accounts concerned with all operations of the business in full compliance with the company’s quality management system. Including: invoice processing, payroll, accounts reconciliation, management accounts and Revenue HRI Application Processing. In addition to this, Marilyn operates as Health & Safety administrator.
